물류의 기본은 컨베이어입니다.  물류센터에서  공장 자동화 까지, 폭넓은 환경에서 활용할 수 있는 컨베이어를 제공합니다.

  1. 용도 : 도심형 물류센터 또는 각종 제품 이송용으로 사용된다.
  2. 특징 :  소터나 리프트에서 보내온 제품을 빠르게 처리하여 상차 라인으로 이송한다. 컨베이어는 주로 롤러를 이용하나 경우에 따라 벨트와 체인 컨베이어가 혼합되어 적용된다.
  3. 주요 사용처 : 물류센터. 대형 매장 직배송 라인. MFC. Smart Factory
  1. Application:Used for urban logistics centers or for conveying various types of products.
  2. Features:Products received from sorters or lifts are processed quickly and transferred to the loading line.The conveyor system primarily uses roller conveyors; however, depending on the application, belt and chain conveyors may be combined.
  3. Main Applications:Logistics centers, direct-to-store delivery lines for large retail facilities, MFCs (Micro Fulfillment Centers), and smart factories.

  4. 롤러 틈새는 최소화 하여 끼임 사고를 예방한다.
  5. 주요 사용처 : 물류센터. 대형 매장 직배송 라인.

  9. The gaps between rollers are minimized to prevent entrapment accidents.

  1. 용도 :  MFC 매장이나 제품을 step-by-step으로 이송할 필요가 있을때 사용.
  2. 특징 :  모터 롤러를 사용하여 구조가 심플하고 정지 위치를 쉽게 늘리거나 줄일 수있다. 모터 롤러는 검증된 제품만을 사용하여 고장이 작고 동작이 부드럽다.
  3. 주요 사용처 :  소형 물류센터. 직배송 라인. 스마트 팜 등 연구 장비.(본 장비는 스마트팜 트레이 이송용으로 제작됨)
  4. Application:Used in MFC stores or in applications where products need to be conveyed in a step-by-step manner.
  5. Features:By using motorized rollers, the structure is simple, and stop positions can be easily increased or reduced.Only proven motorized rollers are used, resulting in low failure rates and smooth operation.
  6. Main Applications:Small-scale logistics centers, direct delivery lines, and research equipment such as smart farms(this equipment is manufactured for smart farm tray conveying).

  1. ​ 층 간 수직 반송기에서 Loading/Unloading된 제품을 컨베이어를 이용해 이송하고
    적재하는 장치 입니다.
  2. 수직 반송장치는 2단으로 구성되어 있어 진입과 배출 속도를 빠르게 합니다.
  3. 오염물질에 민감한 제품(모니터 등)을 취급할 경우 팔렛트 교체를 쉽게 합니다.
  4. 클린룸조건을 필요로 하는 공장이나 스마트 팩토리에 적합합니다. 

  5. This system transfers and loads products that have been loaded and unloaded by an inter-floor vertical conveyor using a conveyor system.
  6. The vertical transfer unit is configured in two stages to increase loading and discharge speed.
  7. For handling contamination-sensitive products such as monitors, pallet replacement is designed to be easy.
  8. It is suitable for factories and smart factories that require cleanroom conditions.

  1. Free Flow Chain을 적용하여 컨베이어 작동 중에도 제품을 중간에 정지할 수 있습니다.
  2. 체인 롤러가 슬립 구조로 동작하여, 제품 정지 시 바닥 손상을 방지합니다.
  3. 배속 체인 적용 시 동일 모터 속도 대비 2~3배 빠른 이송이 가능합니다.
  4. 전자 제조 공정 등 팔레트를 스토퍼로 정지하여 작업하는 라인에 사용됩니다.

  5.  Equipped with a Free Flow Chain, the system allows products to stop at intermediate positions during operation.
  6. The slip-type chain rollers prevent floor damage when products are stationary.
  7. A double-speed chain enables transfer speeds two to three times faster at the same motor speed.Widely used in electronic manufacturing lines where pallets are stopped for processing.

  1. 팔레트를 상·하부 컨베이어로 자동 이송하는 리프트가 탑재된 프리플로어 컨베이어입니다.
  2. 팔레트의 제품이 제거되면 빈 팔레트는 리프트를 통해 하부로 이동하여 투입구로 복귀합니다.
  3. 빈 팔레트를 별도로 보관하거나 재투입할 필요 없이 자동으로 운영됩니다.
  4. 필요에 따라 에어 투입구, 콘센트, 작업 표지판 등 다양한 액세서리를 장착할 수 있습니다.
  5. This is a free-flow conveyor equipped with a lift that automatically transfers pallets between the upper and lower conveyor levels.
  6. When products are removed from a pallet, the empty pallet is lowered via the lift and automatically returned to the infeed position.
  7. The system operates fully automatically, eliminating the need for separate storage or manual reloading of empty pallets.
  8. Various accessories—such as air inlets, power outlets, and work signage—can be installed as required.
